Frequently asked questions
What are the system requirements?
Macs running macOS 13.0 (Ventura) or later, both Apple Silicon and Intel. There are no plans for a Windows version.
I was asked to approve an extension during install
One time only, you need to enable the camera extension in System Settings → General → Login Items & Extensions (this is how macOS works). The in-app guide walks you through it.
It doesn't appear in Zoom's camera list
Make sure the app is in /Applications and the extension is approved, then restart the meeting app. You can check the extension's status and reinstall it any time from Settings.
What happens when the trial ends?
The camera stops streaming (your images and settings are kept). Enter a license key and everything comes back instantly.
How many Macs can I use it on?
One license activates up to 2 Macs. If you hit the limit, release a Mac you no longer use and activate the new one.
Can I get a refund?
