How many Macs can I use?

One license activates up to 2 Macs. Re-activating the same Mac doesn't use another seat.

I got a new Mac

On the old Mac, open Settings → License → Deactivate this Mac, then enter the key on the new one. If you no longer have the old Mac, contact support.

It says the seat limit is reached

Both seats are in use. Deactivate a Mac you no longer use, or contact support.

My key isn't recognized

Keys look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Check for leading or trailing spaces, and for O vs 0 or I vs 1 (keys never contain O, 0, I or 1).
